She is a Clinical Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working in the mental health and wellness field. She is a certified workplace wellness specialist & program manager through the National Wellness Institute, is trained in EMDR, ACT, Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, IFS, CBT, and more. She has experience working in education, mining, residential treatment care, healthcare, agricultural, government and NGO’s. She believes in providing excellent services to all her clients through the use of data driven insights and best-fit, evidence based practices.
